Flex Tank Systems LLC was formed in 1999 to provide
quality Products and Services for the Petroleum,
Chemical and related Industries. The Flex Tank Terminal
facilities were subsequently procured and became
operable in January, 2001. In February 2002, HGM Energy
Corporation (German Terminal and Trading Group) acquired
an equity participation in Flex Tank Systems LLC and
Flex Oil Service LLC . Flex Tank Systems LLC and Flex
Oil Service LLC are based on over thirty (30) years of
Petroleum and Chemical Product Knowledge/Experience and
strive to provide for its Customers a consistent/high
quality line of Products & Services.
The Company owns and operates a Petroleum Products Terminal for storage of
Light Oil Products (including High and Low Sulfur
Diesel, Marine Gas Oil and Marine Diesel Oil), Fuel Oil
Cutterstocks, similar Intermediate Products and No. 6
Fuel Oil. Flex Tank also provides Marketing Consulting
Services for numerous Customers and Suppliers in the
Terminal, Commercial, Industrial, Bunker and Utility
Fuel Oil Markets. |
